Service Description

Our Residential cleanings are performed on a routine basis to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home. Maintenance cleaning is scheduled on a recurring basis. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning schedules. The basic cleaning includes: Bathrooms- tubs/showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, baseboards, and floors. Kitchen-Wipe down backsplash, counters, and all items on counters. Scour sink(s), wipe out microwave inside and out. Polish all stainless steel and sanitize outside of large appliances(fridge, range, dishwasher, etc.). Floors. Dusting- top to bottom, as needed and on rotational basis that may also include fans, baseboards, moldings. Polish and wipe down flat surfaces of furniture and tables. Floors- sweep/dust/vacuum all hard flooring, carpeted flooring, and area rugs. Mop all hard floors. Trash disposal Residential Cleanings may also include any one, or more, of our add on services. As always, each job is tailored to meet the needs of the client.
