Invoices are sent at the end of each business day. Payment can be made directly through a secured link within the Quickbooks invoice. There are a variety of options such as ACH, debit card, credit card, Venmo, Paypal, and  even Apple Pay.

All of our employees are background checked, and drug tested. They are also required to sign a NDA to maintain confidence of all client information learned while on the job.

You will be assigned a specific cleaner who you will keep as long as you are satisfied. In the event that they are unable to make the appointment, you will be notified.

We understand that life happens, but for repeat cancellations there is a fee of $50.

Do I need to be at home during my cleaning appointment?

No you do not. The majority of our clientele are not home during their services, and we find it easier to get our job done when that is the case.

What do I do if I have pets?

We love your pets, but please make sure all of your animals are contained. This will ensure the safety of your pets and our staff.

We regularly service Gloucester County, and surrounding areas, but we are willing to travel for larger, one time jobs. Additional fees may apply.

No. We will provide all cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner. If you have a preference to use your own vacuum cleaner, please let us know ahead of time.
