Service Description

Move In/Move Out cleanings can mean different things for each homeowner. We offer a few different options to accommodate a variety of needs. All of our Move In/Out Cleanings will include a basic sweep out of closet shelves and cabinetry, removal of cobwebs, wipe down of the kitchen, and bathroom(s), and vacuum and mop all floors. Interior of refrigerator and oven are generally included, but can be optional. Other packages include adding a full on deep cleaning that includes walls, baseboards, interior windows, and disinfection of all handles and light switches. Add on options are available as well. These include chandelier and light fixture cleaning, exterior cabinet cleaning, exterior window cleaning, screened in porch cleaning, garage sweep out, tile flooring and grout cleaning, and pool house cleaning. As with all of our services, we will tailor the job to fit the needs of each client.
